[slide name=”7 day trial work you say?”]With any subscription, you will have 7 days of access to all SolidWize content, after which your credit card will be billed. Cancel at any time during the 7 day trial and your credit card will not be billed.[/slide]
[slide name=”How does your 30 day money back guarantee work?”]If you are not 100% satisfied with your Membership, just email me before your first month has finished and I’ll refund your money, no questions asked. If you’re not happy I’m not happy. Including the 7 day free trial that’s a total of 37 days to try out my training risk free.[/slide]

[slide name=”What are the minimum system requirements?”]Only a fairly fast internet connection is required for streaming. Almost any computer made within the last 5 years will work great.[/slide]
[slide name=”Can I log on from any computer, or just my own?”]
You can log on to SolidWize from any computer with internet access using your username and password. Only one computer may access your account at a time however.

At this time, we only offer streaming video lessons. If downloadable content is important to you, please let us know.

[slide name=”Can I change my username?”]
Usernames cannot be changed at this time. You can however change the nickname that other users see in our community section by accessing the settings tab under the account menu on the right side of the upper toolbar.

You can change your password by accessing the settings tab under the account menu on the right side of the upper toolbar.
[slide name=”How do I cancel my account?”]
At the bottom of your user profile there is a cancellation option. Canceling a SolidWize subscription is an instantaneous and no questions asked process.
